June 3rd 2025 marked the centenary of the supply of the final Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost (chassis no. 120EU) from Derby into the home market, and to mark the occasion, we were delighted to co-host a birthday party for the car in the wonderful Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall.
Chassis no. 120EU is a most remarkable example, having covered a fully documented 135,000 miles from new, across just four owners. The car remains completely original and benefits from all the improvements applied to the Silver Ghost model. This is a car that we are incredibly proud to look after and support the owner in conserving its originality. Over recent years, the car has taken part in various events including the London to Edinburgh Top Gear Run; the 2023 Alpine Tour; the Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court; and our own Autumn Ambles.
Celebrating a car’s birthday may seem a little eccentric, but it was a fitting event for a very special car and an opportunity to bring together people who share in our love of Silver Ghosts. Great fun was had by all!
